Returns Policy

Not quite feeling the love for your purchase? No worries! We want you to feel absolutely embraced by your experience with us. You have a delightful 7-day window (for SG Online Orders) from the date of receipt to request a return.

Returns Process

To ensure a blooming smooth return process, follow these steps with care, because every petal counts:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@eclatique.sg within 7 days of receiving your parcel to get the green light for the item/s you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Returns Form that's as lovely as a bouquet.
  3. Complete the Returns Form and await an email sprinkled with instructions on how to return your item/s.
  4. Once your parcel is back in our hands, our Returns team will lovingly inspect the item/s and send you a confirmation that's like a sunny day.
  5. For returns via shipping, please allow our team up to 7 working days to nurture your request.

Items Eligible for Return:

All items must return to us like a fresh bloom:

  • In their original plastic packaging.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unscented, and unaltered.
  • With all original Eclatique labels and tags fully intact.

Items that are incorrect or defective: We're here to elevate your experience! We'll arrange for a 1-1 exchange, subject to what's blooming in our stock. Just reach out to our customer service team to blossom this exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final Sale Items: These treasures, like a rare flower, are final and cannot be returned. They include orders made with a discount, promo code, voucher, and/or store credit, including items in "Bundle" deals and sale items.
